Project Management
We'll cover the details of your company's product through design, prototyping, tooling and manufacturing. Our new product development services include Pro E ,UG and Solidworks for mold design and 3D model generation and mold flow analysis to address many key manufacturing and tooling concerns in the design phase of product development. All new projects are subject to full dimensional part layouts from customer-supplied blueprints and sample parts are submitted for customer approval before production. At the beginning of every project, we will review your design and provide you a drawing before cutting any steel. Quality auditors are always on duty to help to ensure our products meet customer expectations through hourly inspections of dimensional, visual and functional criteria.
